WP Theme for Real Estate property #3

Custom WordPress theme for The Luxury Level company, which helps real estate agents promote properties for sale . In short they make photos, video, virtual tours, and websites, etc. for that.

Client's team uses the theme to create separate websites, each website promotes single real estate property.

I did complete cycle web development: UX/UI design (in Figma), then conversion of the design to a custom WordPress theme. 

And even though it's not a big theme, but a feature rich one.

• Modern, contemporary and clean design
• Fully mobile responsive
• No ready-made WP plugins for frontend elements (everything is custom)
• Detailed and rich controls for each page/section on page editing screen
• Theme Options page in the backend for global settings
• The theme is very easy to use and it can be deploed really fast, because of how theme options and page controls/settings are made. Also it prompts to install plugins it needs automatically after theme activation. Some plugin theme takes from its directory some from WP plugin repository (free plugins). Plus it has a lot of default settings for the theme itself and for plugins, which theme imports when needed to further facilitate set up of a new site.
• Ability to change site colors in the Theme Options. Just five global color fields to change colors for the whole site.
• PDF generator option to generate PDF brochure about the property.
• Nearby Schools section uses both Google Maps APIs and CSV data file provided by https://www.niche.com/. To show nearby schools with appropriate info about them and distance to them. Aside from data provided by "Niche" company, the theme also has "School Diggers" data provider as an option.
